Vitamin Madness Refund & Return Policy
At Vitamin Madness, we’re committed to fueling your health. If your order isn't quite right, we’re here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
1. Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a full refund, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Opened Products: For safety and hygiene reasons, we generally cannot accept returns on opened supplements. However, if you are unhappy with a product, contact us for potential store credit.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item).
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Accidents happen, even in a madness of vitamins. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if we sent the wrong product:
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include a photo of the damage and your order number in your email.
We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you, or issue a full refund if the item is out of stock.
3. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, Vitamin Madness only ships within the United States.
Note: We do not offer international shipping at this time. Any orders placed with an international forwarding address are at the buyer's risk regarding customs and damages.
4. Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days..
